Rental terms and conditions
Reservation
To confirm the reservation is essential to pay 30% of the total amount of the vehicle rental. To collect the motorhome and / or camper must be paid: The full amount of the rental in advance by bank transfer (72 hours before) or at the time of delivery by credit card or cash.
Bail
In case of damage to the caravans, a security deposit of 900,00 € by credit card is required.
Resignations
In the event that the client cancels the confirmed reservation, the following penalties will be applied on the advance payment:
- If the cancellation is communicated 30 days or more before the commencement of the rental, the penalty will be 50%.
- If the cancellation is communicated 29 days to 16 days before the commencement of the rental, the penalty will be 80%.
- If the cancellation is communicated less than 15 days before the commencement of the rental, the penalty will be 100%.
Conditions of the driver
- Age not less than 25 years.
- Requirement: Valid driving license (Class B), for more than three years.
- Comprehensive cover with an excess of 600.00 € per claim.
Travel Restrictions
- Travel within the European Union is generally permitted. Travel to other countries or to a war or conflict zone is prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
Delivery and return
- Deliveries or returns of vehicles must be made at our facilities.
- The vehicle is delivered with a full tank of fuel and drinking water. The caravans must be returned full.
Return Conditions
- The vehicle will be returned at the time indicated in the contract: after 24 hours without its return, it will be reported missing to the competent authority.
- The lessor has a maximum period of 5 days to review and verify the return of the vehicle in perfect condition for the return of the deposit.
- Failure to return a full tank of diesel may result in a charge of 2.20 € / liter.
- The vehicle must return empty of grey water to avoid an additional charge of 120,00€.
- The vehicle is delivered clean inside, kitchen block, refrigerator, toilet and WC. It will be returned in the same way very especially the WC with emptied and clean, otherwise an additional charge of 150,00 € will be compatible to carry out this cleaning. Important: do not use scratching products such as scouring pads or abrasive products (salt, bleach, etc...) on the floor and bathroom.

In the event of a mechanical breakdown, you must contact or call the FIAT assistance service that you will find in the FIAT SERVICE manual that you will receive.
